Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of reciept of the goods, you do not need to provide a reason.

To excerise this right you must contact us within the 14 days, be it via email or telephone.

Upon cancellation we wil refund fully, including any postage cost and arrange for the return of any goods. This refund will occur by whichever method you paid for the goods initially and we will never require any additional details from you.

After 14 days, you must be able to provide details or be able to demonstrate that the item was faulty upon delivery or it will fall under the manfacturer's warranty and will be handled by them for however long their warranty period is (minium of 1 year on electrical goods).
